CWS Northern California’s Fee for Service program aims to provide low-cost legal assistance to indigent clients throughout Northern California. 

Our trusted Legal Team provides personalized attention and high-quality service in our clients’ immigration matters. From helping you apply for Family-based Visas, Employment Authorization to protecting your interests with preparation of Adjustment of Status or Naturalization applications, we are equipped with the passion and professional skill to support you and your family. Please be advised that in addition to our low-cost legal fees, there will be immigration petition filing fees. However, qualifying clients may file fee waivers, if applicable.
